With Marketplace in the throes of an unexpected leadership transition, I was asked to fill-in as managing editor and run editorial for the country’s most popular business news programs.

- Push forward several major projects

- Direct coverage for all Marketplace programs during the midterms, the ebola public health crisis and the daily churn of economic indicators and financial news
Along the way, I identified key challenges facing the lean staffing model and found solutions. In a nutshell, we repurposed existing resources in creative ways – consolidating underutilized budget lines and adding staff.
